Do you provide coverage on holidays and weekends?
Yes, we offer coverage 365 days a year. Services on holidays and weekends are coordinated in advance and have a differentiated rate depending on the selected plan.
Do caregivers perform household chores?
The main focus is the patient's well-being and safety (hygiene, meals, medication). However, they can help with order and cleaning tasks related to the patient (room, clothes, utensils), as long as this does not interfere with care.
